What do you do after finishing the highest-grossing tournament of all time? You go back to work.
While many would not be upset Taylor Swift for taking some well-earned breaks while breaking her record The Tour of Era comes to a conclusion, said the indefatigable troubadour a notice that was distributed to Good morning America: she's adding “author” to her resume.
The Official Taylor Swift The Eras Tour Book will offer Taylor's reflections on what she calls “the most amazing tour of her life.” Details of the book include 256 pages of “never-before-seen photos” and “stories and memories from Taylor herself.”
She has given more details on what fans can expect on Instagram:
Swift is releasing as well Department of Tortured Poets: The Anthology on vinyl and CD. Both the book and the anthology will be available exclusively at Target and available for order on Black Friday.

As GMA co-host Robin Roberts tweeted about the announcement, it's a “huge gift to her fans,” which left them “SHOCKED.”
From a business perspective, there are some great moves being made here. Aside from the obvious fact that she's going to see a million copies, Swift is using the advice that content creators have been giving Entrepreneur.com for years and years: She's basically repurposing content that already exists.
“Content repurposing means taking existing content and transforming it into different formats to reach a wider audience,” communications specialist Kelly Fletcher wrote about Entrepreneur.com. She discussed a number of ways us mere mortals can repurpose and reshape content to keep it working for us. Some of those tips include:
-
Turn articles into social media posts: Take key points or quotes from an article or blog post and turn them into posts you can share on social media.
-
Translate written content into video: Use an edited version of your blog post as a script. Use simple animation to bring it to life.
-
Convert webinars or chats to written content and vice versa: If you've recorded a webinar or given a speech, repurpose the speech into written content. Or you can also turn something you've written into a webinar or seminar.
