“Don't try to use numbers to prove what you think,” Dimon said. “Try to use numbers to figure out what you are doing.”

Dimon recently called his company corporate workforce Back to the office five days per week after evaluating performance in meetings and career development.

Dimon then carefully told his CEO to gather their leadership teams. While some employees may be good people, there is a possibility that they do not understand the requirements of leadership.

Leaders who are always late and do not do their jobs weigh the whole company down, Dimon warned.

“Many people who run stuff, they are a hot mess,” Dimon said. “Don't let them run something because they'll be a catastrophe.”

The third and fourth tips of Dimon's leadership marked the internal features. He especially advised the leaders to have humility and gravel. Humility means telling employees to really take care of them and treat them with respect, “whether it is the person cleaning the bathrooms in the office or a CEO,” Dimon said. Grit, meanwhile, is about making the decision quickly to adhere to them and manage everything that arises throughout the day.
