For a long time, I felt like a stranger. I didn't start inside exclusiveI came from the industry where I had no connection and I was not invited to the rallies after the schedule where real relations were built. Then I found exclusivity. It was the first industry that really opened my arms. People welcomed me, advised advice, introduced me to others, and over time, I realized that this industry thrives on relationships, not just business transactions. This feeling of belonging changed everything to me, and I knew I wanted to create the same experience for others.
Last year, I was walking with a friend when we started talking about how most exclusivity events only care about development teams. If you work in exclusivity marketing or operations, you do not get the same type of events built for your unique challenges. The more we talked, the clearer it became: we had to build something different. That is why we created The exclusivity summit of the service (SFS), which will take place June 11-13 at Midway, utah. SFS will be an event where exclusivity marketing, operations and leadership teams can build real links in an environment that makes them recent relationships.
Relationships are built on experiences
Think about your closest friends in the business world. You probably have not formed those relationships through compulsory network sessions or rapid presentations in a trade display The floor you built confidence over time – perhaps through a common challenge, a long dinner conversation or an experience that brought you closer. This is how real -life relationships are formed, however most business events still rely on surface meetings and greetings that rarely lead to anything significant.
That is why SFS focuses on shared experiences. Instead of rushing through business card exchanges, attendees will line up, increase the ATVs and sit together in the evening at dinner and poker. These moments create confidence, friendship and long-term friendship-that matters in business and life.
Connected: Here's how we determined the annual exclusivity ranking 500 – and what we learned from the data.
Lesson happens best in nature
Most of us spend our lives in front of screens, moving from one meeting to another. But when you go out – in the fresh air, open spaces and beauty of nature – your mind works differently.
A study From the University of Utah found that the passage of time in nature Increases creativity by 50%. However, almost every industry event keeps people inside, under artificial lighting, sitting for hours at the end. No wonder many people leave exhausted conferences instead of inspiration. At the Franchise Service summit, Lesson occurs outside. Instead of looking at the slides in a lounge, the exclusivity drivers will storm the minds while overlooking the mountains, discussing strategies in the fresh air and plunged into knowledge in ways that actually climb.
Smaller, warmer events have the biggest impact
The big conferences of exclusivity have their place, but they come with a challenge: the scale dilutes the connection. When thousands of people are in the same room, it is difficult to form deep relationships or have significant conversations. That is why we deliberately kept the small and specialized summit:
- 50 exclusive. No overwhelming crowd, only the right people in the room.
- Only services based on services. An exclusivity of household services has different challenges than a restaurant franchise – this event is created specifically for their needs.
- For CMOS, C-SUITE teams and operations. Development teams already have events – this is for people focused on brand growth, marketing and operational success.
A curated group means stronger conversations, deeper learning, and receipts that apply to the unique challenges these leader face

To depart from lead to progress
Most exclusivity drivers are caught in the daily-on-the-seller, back-backing and extinguishing fires. The problem? There is no room to go back and think about. Some of the best Business advances occur when you leave your normal routine. When you are out of your daily environment, your mind has the chance to process different challenges, gain fresh perspectives and come back with ideas you would never think in the office.
SFS is not just about work-has to do with reset, acquiring clarity and regenerated removal.
Conferences should not drain
Somewhere somewhere along the way, the business world decided that the conferences would be a quarrel. Endless panels, stuffed schedules, hasty nets and exhausting trips – it's no wonder many people leave events to feel drained instead of inspiration.
Yes what if growth I didn't feel like work? What if the lesson felt exciting? What if the network felt natural? What if events left you energy instead of exhausted? This is what we decided to create with the exclusivity summit – an exclusivity event that gets it right.
