Inspect what inspired you to start not loves, and what was your vision for this new brand?
I love the aroma, and the aroma loves me. I couldn't bear the rest of my life by not being the scent of Storick or Storyteller SCent because I see life in the aroma. I'm sitting here exactly this moment in Spain overlooking the sea, which is just as beautiful. At that time I see you, feel, enjoy and hear, I translate back into the feeling of aroma. No Loves is a love letter to the world saying, “I'm still here, and I still want to create aroma.”
How did your past experience informed as the founder of the scent for the second time?
You know what they say: Love is often more interesting and more passionate about the second time around. I discovered who is not really with the second brand. With the first, I was this young child; There was a whole bunch of naivety. I was falling in love with an industry I didn't really understand. Now, I really know the industry and understand the power of my gift. Now, I'm able to use that gravel: when the world turns left, I'm not afraid to turn right.
As you look for the future, not love, what are you most excited about?
Three years ago, I moved to Dubai. I had no loves as a project (and) maybe two friends. Today, we have 23 live projects, which we discuss every week and move on the board, depending on what it is, what is needed and how exciting everything is. I have a bunch of friends that are so inspiring, creator and passionate. I've always felt that I thought about doing something great. And I think I have done great things in my life. But this other chapter is that moment.
Seed motivated you to drop your course “Think as an Entrepreneur” for BBC Maestro at this point of your career, and what do you hope people get out of it?
Thinking as an entrepreneur is one of the most important things in life. Building as an entrepreneur is like holding a box of life tools: this equips you with the tools you need to think differently, approach the business differently and get a penny in your hand and turn it into a million. It is all about the way you think and create, and thus the opportunity to bring these ideas to the world and a younger generation inspires me.

Can you remember a particularly challenging negotiation and how do you use some of your tips from your course to navigate it?
parley It should always be a winning situation. Is not, What can I leave with? What can I go here? Is, What can I get here? And what can the other person achieve? You are looking for a long -term relationship. If you squeeze a deal from any single breath on her body, you have already set your longevity. It is more or less like the biblical history of Solomon's child in the Old Testament. If you tear the baby in half, no one will prove it.
Remember, you don't get what you deserve – you get what you negotiate.
I have spent my life building long -term relationships, and sometimes you have to give, withdraw, and feel safe. Kind is a kind of like sitting around at dinner. You are sitting and enjoying the moment with a course, two courses, three courses. Sometimes, someone will sit at the table and order their snack, the main and dessert and then eat it before pouring a glass of water. This is not a good relationship. Take your time, allow people to enjoy that negotiation and sit down and eat the meal together. This will be a long -term relationship and ultimately will make you more money.
Can you remember a particularly challenging leadership obstacle and how do you use some of your course tips to overcome it?
leadership It's always the big question. What kind of leadership are you? What kind of leadership do you work for? What kind of leadership do you want to be? To me, I want to fulfill my dreams. And I think it's not anyone else's responsibility, but mine to do it. But I want to see those around me fulfill their dreams too. Life is an adventure, and business is a great adventure. When we cooperate and unite our creativity, this creativity becomes greater and greater.
I've never had a (traditional) job, so I don't really know what it is to work for someone else every day, but I have had clients where I have had to hear their voice, and I think it's a little like life-you will never get any argument. And you don't want life to be a great argument. You want to find that sweet place in which you can both work together.
When you look at the brilliant business managers we admire, as Steve JobsThey always have a vision. Of course, leaders ask themselves: Did I make the right decision? Did I choose the right person? Was that partnership the right thing to do? Was it the right time to sell? We ask ourselves millions of those questions. After all, you have to take responsibility when it goes wrong, and when it goes properly, you stay behind and let everyone else get the loan. This is the great leadership.

What is your best advice for aspiring entrepreneurs who want to follow their passion in business?
You need to feel passionate about your products and your business because if you don't, no one else will. You have to learn to be a warrior. You need to learn to stay and fight. Sometimes, you are taking 10 steps forward; Sometimes, it's taking two steps back, two steps on the side and three steps forward. Sometimes, it is still standing and simply letting time pass. Time is great in business.
