In this episode of “How success happens“, Chris recounts his early days, explaining how he went from being a commercial child actor in Canada to a stage star in New York to the screen actor we know today. (Spoiler alert: it wasn't easy!)
Chris says he's had to put up with all kinds of people saying all kinds of not-so-nice things along the way, but with a combination of good humor and good old-fashioned stubbornness, he achieved his dream . “I realized how I felt – and still feel – when I see a movie or a show that excites me, and I was able to make money from it and turn it into a profession, which also happens, unfortunately, to be my hobby.” , he says. “I envy people who want to ride motorcycles or go fly fishing or whatever. The thing I love to do is what I do. I like acting. I love him. It destroys me. It destroys me. It hurts me. It brings me I'm on my knees, I absolutely love it.”
