Citi Wealth announced this week that it has hired Eric Lordi, a former JP Morgan executive, to lead its digital division.
Lord will join Citi Wealth as head of Wealth Platform and Experience on January 29, 2025.
He will be responsible for the ongoing development and delivery of Citi Wealth's digital experiences for clients, advisors and bankers. This will include defining and delivering the asset unit's platform roadmap and working across the company's technology, operations and design teams. Its strength will also include identifying and developing new digital capabilities and thought leadership, according to the firm.
Lord most recently served as head of ConnectWealth Strategic Development at JP Morgan. Prior to this role, he was managing director and head of advisory platforms at Morgan Stanley.
In the new role, Lordi will report to Citi Wealth's chief operating officer, Valentin Valderrabano.
The role was previously held by Julia Carreon, who left the firm in August.
He has been in charge of the Citi wealth unit for a year and a half, with managers coming AND departures dating back to Andy Sieg joins to head Citigroup's wealth management division in March 2023.
