Cetera's Advisory Solutions Team Beefs Up


Cetera Financial Group, the independent broker/dealer network with more than $475 billion in assets under management, has added four new executives to its advisory solutions team as part of the firm's effort to build services for independent advisors registered investments.

Brian Lampron, former vice president of RIA Services at Commonwealth Financial Network, has joined as managing director of RIA Solutions. He was at Commonwealth for 18 years, most recently leading the team that launched and developed the firm's RIA Services unit.

Cetera also added Jon Myczka, a former senior director of digital products at Ally Financial, as managing director of RIA and digital advisory experiences. At Ally, he led the team managing self-directed trading, robo-wallets and digital wealth management solutions. Prior to that, he was a senior product manager of digital platforms at TD Ameritrade.

Late last year, Logan Galli joined Cetera as head of advisory business consulting. In that role, he leads the sales organization as well as advanced planning and financial planning support. He came from LPL Financial, where he was senior vice president and chief distribution officer.

Amy Rehn, formerly senior vice president of RIA custodial platform at Osaic, has been named managing director of investment solutions at Cetera. She was previously the COO and CMO of Triad Advisors until that firm was acquired by Osaic in 2020. In her most recent role at Osaic, she was developing the advisory platforms used by two of the company's multi-custody corporate RIAs. the firm.

“These hires complement an already formidable team that is poised to continue leading Cetera as a destination of choice for independent advisors,” said Kerry Pierce, senior managing director and head of investment advisory solutions at Cetera.

The firm currently has four membership models under its RIA services. An advisor may join a corporate RIA as a hybrid, a corporate RIA as an advisor-owned hybrid RIA, or an advisor-owned RIA that is IAR-only.

Firm recently discontinued registration for Cetera Advisors, one of its RIAs and merged it into Cetera Investment Advisers. Cetera Investment Advisors will become the lead RIA for Cetera's “legacy communities.”
