The tiny house is made of a steel frame and fireproof wall, with waterproofing and thermal insulation. The seller claims the home is earthquake-resistant (rating 8), wind-resistant (rating 10) and capable of handling a heavy snow load of up to 6.6 feet.
The house includes a small bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet that is ready to be connected to water, but does not include electrical circuits, fixtures or installations. The design includes multiple windows and folds away if the buyer wants to move the unit.
